IN WAY OF EXPLANATION - This series of MÖRKTOBER posts allows me to indulge world building revolving around my home-brewed CY_BORG setting, MALTA 213X. This one could have had some game mechanics thrown in, but that's me challenging all DMs to make do with what they get.
